These terms govern use of the LuxWinners website and all games, promotions and services offered on it. By registering an account, a player confirms they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms set out below, alongside the specific rules attached to any individual promotion they opt into.

1. Eligibility

LuxWinners is available only to individuals aged 18 or over who are legal residents of the United Kingdom. Age and identity verification checks are carried out at registration and again before certain withdrawals, in line with UK Gambling Commission requirements. Any account found to belong to someone under 18, or registered using false identity details, will be closed immediately and any funds held forfeited, without prejudice to LuxWinners’ right to report the matter where appropriate.

2. Account Rules

Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts, whether created deliberately or by accident, will be merged or closed at LuxWinners’ discretion, and any bonus funds claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided. Account details must be accurate and kept up to date, including a valid email address and current postal address, since these are used for identity verification and, where relevant, for delivering VIP Club gifts.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are processed instantly for card payments and e-wallets, with funds available for play immediately upon confirmation. Withdrawal requests are subject to standard verification checks and are processed according to the payment method’s stated timeline as detailed on the payments page. LuxWinners reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of identity, address and, where relevant, source of funds, before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for accounts showing unusual deposit or wagering patterns.

Withdrawals are paid using the same method used to deposit wherever possible, in line with anti-money laundering best practice. Where the original method cannot be used for a payout, an alternative method will be agreed with the player directly through customer support.

4. Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum qualifying deposit as stated on the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit, typically 30 days, or bonus funds and related winnings are forfeited.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is capped at £5 per spin or hand unless otherwise stated.
• Game contribution rates towards wagering vary: slots 100%, table games 10%, live dealer 5%, video poker 10%.
• Bonus abuse, including exploiting low-volatility games for risk-free wagering or coordinating bonus claims across linked accounts, voids the bonus and any resulting winnings.

5. Responsible Gambling

7. Account Suspension and Closure

LuxWinners reserves the right to suspend or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, underage play, or a breach of these terms. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player request, any withdrawable cash balance not connected to the breach will be returned to the player following an internal review. 8. Changes to These Terms
